Roasted Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast of lamb
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak roast for about 2 hours.
    Marinate with seasonings for a couple of hours.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn temperature back to 300\u00b0; cook for another hour.
    Serves about 6 people.
