Rice-A-Roni Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked as directed and cooled
    2 finely chopped green onions
    1/2 finely chopped bell pepper
    1 (14 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and reserve oil. Add oil to mayonnaise with curry and mix well.
    Add to other ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
