2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped red onion
2 oz. chopped pimento
1 c. seedless grapes
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Marinate first three ingredients overnight in vinegar and oil. Add rest with a little mayo to moisten. Serve on melon.
