Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 heaping tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. flour, sifted 3 times
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until creamy.
Add cream of tartar; beat until stiff.
Add sugar gradually and mix after each addition.
Set aside.
Beat egg yolks with vanilla until yellow. Add yolks to egg white mixture and mix.
Fold in the flour.
Bake in an ungreased tube pan in a moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
