Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    Soften the cheeses; mix in garlic salt and pecans.
    Roll into round loaves on wax paper which has been dusted with chili powder. (This is optional for a red color on roll.) Wrap in wax paper; chill or freeze before being served.
    Slice thinly and serve with crackers.
