Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, broken up
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard; beat again.
    Add bread.
    Stir until it softens.
    Stir in the cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
    Pour into a greased pan (9 x 13-inch glass baking dish).
    Refrigerate overnight.
