Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 29 oz. can sweet potatoes or yams
    1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Drain and mash the sweet potatoes; add remaining ingredients. Mix well with beater and put in greased 7 x 11 baking dish.
    Put on topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
