Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lg. green peppers
    1 red pepper
    1 lg. head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar (or more)
    cider vinegar (enough to cover)
Preparation
    Wash, dry and seed green and red peppers.
    Chop peppers and cabbage finely, and mix together.
    Add mustard seed, salt, sugar, and enough cider vinegar to cover.
