Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Drain well.
    Spread bread cubes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Beat well and pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Makes 8 servings.
