Raisin Bran Coffee Cake(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. salad oil
    artificial sweetener (to equal 3/4 c. sugar)
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt and add cereal and raisins.
    Mix well and combine remaining ingredients and add flour mixture, stirring until blended.
    Pour in a 9 x 13 x 3-inch loaf pan or 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Makes 20 servings.
