Guacamole Dip(Avocado Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 very ripe medium size avocados
1 medium size tomato, stewed and peeled
6 green onions, chopped fine
1 can salsa jalapeno
juice of 1 small lemon wedge
salt to taste (garlic salt can be used)
Preparation

Mash avocados with fork (not too smooth). Add tomato; mash into avocado. Add chopped onions, can of salsa jalapeno and salt to taste. Squeeze lemon wedge into dip. Mix and serve.
(Avoid making dip too far ahead of time, as it will darken on standing.)
