Roasted Honey Pepper Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork loin roast (2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. crushed mixed peppercorns
    1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Score roast 1/2-inch deep completely around roast without cutting string.
    Combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon or brush 2/3 of honey mixture over pork to coat.
    Place meat on roasting rack in baking pan.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for hour.
    Brush with remaining honey mixture and cook 30 minutes.
