Ingredients

1 coconut, grated
1 1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1/2 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 can milk
1 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. flavoring
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flavor
little cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix coconut juice and all the ingredients together.
Put on stove and let come to a boil.
Let it thicken.
Put your pie mixture in cooked crust.
Spread icing over mixture.
Put in oven and let brown.
