Jalapeno Pepper Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) can bean with bacon dip
    4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
    2/3 c. jalapeno relish or chopped green chilies
    1 c. chopped parsley or pecans
Preparation
    In large bowl or electric mixer, combine ingredients.
    Beat until smooth; chill.
    On waxed paper, shape mixture into 4 logs (4 x 1 1/2-inch); roll in parsley or pecans.
    Serve with crackers. Makes 60 appetizer servings.
