Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    2 c. boiling water
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. bran flakes
    4 c. All-Bran
Preparation
    In a very large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs; then gradually add buttermilk and flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add water and soda.
    By hand, add bran flakes
    and All-Bran.
    Batter will refrigerate for up to 6 weeks, if you want to bake a few each day.
    Bake in 1/2 full muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 dozen.
