Peachy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 oz. jar strained jr. baby peaches
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Marinate 4 to 6 pork chops (1-inch thick) overnight in this sauce.
