Pat'S Brother'S Perfect Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. powdered milk
    1/4 to 1/3 c. oil
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Use 1/4 cup oil if the humidity is low or 1/3 cup if the humidity is high. Knead a few minutes.
    Pinch off biscuit size pieces. Dip in flour to coat. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
    Brush butter on top if desired.
