    1 c. water
    1/2 lb. tofu, rinsed and dried off
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 small onion
    1 carrot
    1 clove garlic
    1 celery sleeve
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
    1/3 c. oats
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/3 c. TVP (textured vegetable protein, optional)
    olive oil for brushing
