Fresh Stir-Fry Melange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. fresh green pepper strips
    3 1/2 c. fresh red pepper strips
    2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh onion
    1/2 c. glove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. wine vinegar
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Stir-fry first 10 ingredients in hot oil in skillet over medium-high heat until peppers are tender-crisp.
    Add vinegar and tomatoes.
    Cook until heated through.
    Yields 6 servings. Has about 130 calories each.
