Olivia'S Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked apples or applesauce
    2 c. sugar
    1 box raisins
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    4 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and apples or applesauce; mix well. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and allspice.
    Add to butter mixture, alternately with milk.
    Add raisins and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Cook in a slow oven (300\u00b0) until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, approximately 2 hours.
    Very good.
