Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini (approximately 1 per person)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    bread or corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Slice zucchini and cook until barely tender.
    Mix sour cream, margarine, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in saucepan over low heat until all melted.
    Add yolks and chives, then pour over zucchini in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cover with crumbs and more Parmesan cheese.
    Brown 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
