Curried Turkey Salad(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. diced turkey or chicken
1 c. chunk pineapple
1 apple, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 tsp. sesame seed
2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. Weight Watchers mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. Equal
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Don't leave out the curry powder and sesame seed.
It is good.
Yields 4 servings.
Each serving equals 4 protein, 1 fat, 1 fruit and 10 calories.
