Egg Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices white bread without crusts, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 lb. ground sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
    1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and mustard. Beat together. Add milk, bread, cheese and sausage. Stir to blend. Pour into 8 x 12 Pyrex baking dish (buttered). Refrigerate overnight.
    Place dish in pan of water (1/2 to 1-inch) in preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
