Oriental Saladeverton, Missouri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 1/2 oz. can small green peas
    1 12 oz. can Shoe Peg corn
    1 6 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    2 cans bean sprouts
    2 cans sliced Water Chestnuts
    1 4 oz. jar sliced pimento
    1 c. each of chopped green pepper and celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain all canned vegetables and mix with fresh vegetables in large serving bowls.
