1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, well beaten
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
cinnamon to taste
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1/2 c. pecans
