Banana And Sour Cream Mold(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free lime or lemon flavor gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 small banana, sliced
    1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
    Add 3/4 cup of cold water and chill until thickened.
    Stir in banana and spoon into 6-cup ring mold.
    Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes.
