Sumi Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Cabbage, shredded and stored in sealed container (cut with knife)
8 Tbsp. sesame seed
8 Tbsp. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. non-fat oil (olive oil)
2 pkg ramen noodles - break up and store in separate container

Saute sesame seeds, slivered almonds and oil until brown.
