Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Bob Evans sausages
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together and make medium balls.
    Roll in bread crumbs, then put in roasting pan.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 until brown.
