Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cans Veg-All, drained
    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
    1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1/2 stack Ritz Crackers (save for topping)
Preparation
    Mix all together and turn into one large (2 1/2 qt.) or two smaller casseroles.
    Top with crumbled Ritz Crackers (1/2 stack). Drizzle 2 tbsp. melted butter over crackers.
    (Can be frozen before baking, defrost to bake.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
