French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onions
    7 beef bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    2 tbsp. flour
    2-4 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. cooking sherry
    French bread slices, toasted
    Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onions and flour.
    Cook 15 minutes or until onions soften and brown.
    Simmer bouillon and water; add onions, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
    Pour into oven proof bowls.
    Place a slice of the toasted bread on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Place under broiler to brown and melt cheese.
