Snapper Monterey(Can Substitute Chicken For The Snapper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 avocado, diced
    1/2 tomato, diced
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dill
    3 Tbsp. white wine
    flour
    1 egg, beaten
    Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute in a pan the butter, avocado, tomato, garlic, dill and white wine.
    Now flour and egg the snapper and grill in a little butter.
    Cook on both sides; top with avocado and tomato mixture. Cover with Jack cheese and bake in 550\u00b0 oven for about 3 minutes.
