Supreme Garden Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cut green beans or Italian beans
    2 cans lima beans (medium size)
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can white kidney beans
    1 can garbanzo or ceci beans
    1 large green or red pepper or both
    1 jar sliced pimentos, drained
    1 bunch green onions or onions of your choice
    2 c. vinegar (white or dark)
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Drain all cans of beans.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Boil vinegar, sugar and water together for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and immediately pour over all vegetables.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
