Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple in juice
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; save juice.
    Mix sugar, flour and cheese. Add 1 cup of pineapple juice.
    Fold in pineapple chunks.
    Pour this in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
