Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped apples
    1/4 c. onions
    2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all together and shape into a ring.
    Grease pan, then put foil on it and grease it too.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    When done, garnish with peaches.
    Good for brunch.
