Nell'S Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. milk (sweet milk)
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly; mix sugar and flour together; mix in eggs. Add other ingredients and pour into a pie shell (uncooked).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Then bake at 300\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
