Autumn Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. whipped topping
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello - dry mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. diced unpeeled apples (Granny Smith)
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar in pan. Boil 3 minutes. Add dry jello. Stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese, stir until well blended. Cool. Fold in rest of ingredients. Chill until firm.
