Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. grated cheese
4 large green peppers
Preparation

Cut peppers in half.
Boil in water until peppers change colors.
Brown beef in skillet and drain.
Mix soup, rice and cheese.
Fill each pepper with meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top of each.
Cook in oven for about 20 minutes.
