Huckleberry Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 qt. huckleberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into lightly greased 9 X 13 pan.
Put berries over batter and sprinkle with sugar.
If using canned or frozen fruit, pour juice over it all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
