Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. medium mushrooms
    1 tube Jimmy Dean sausage
    8 to 10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained
    8 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 clove fresh garlic, minced
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms. Chop half of the stems in butter.
    Add wine, onion powder and garlic. Simmer until liquid evaporates.
    In another frypan, cook sausage. Add to stem mixture. Simmer 2 minutes. Add in bread crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add minced spinach and grated cheese.
    Stir well. Stuff mushroom caps. Arrange on cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
