Duck With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) duck
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt or powder
    2 qt. sauerkraut
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash duck.
    Sprinkle
    inside
    cavity
    with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Mix sauerkraut, water and sugar.
    Stuff into duck. Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 20 to 25 minutes per pound or until tender and brown.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
