Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely diced unpeeled apples
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. cranberries
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix apples and sugar.
Add cranberries, carrots and nuts and stir gently to combine.
Mix dry ingredients and add to apple mixture; stir well.
Stir in eggs and oil and mix gently but thoroughly.
