Good Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0.
    When done, punch full of holes with toothpick.
    Mix sugar and pineapple.
    Cook until dissolved.
    Pour over warm cake.
    Cook pudding according to directions.
    Pour over pineapple.
    Let cool and chill.
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
    Chill and serve.
