Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk plus enough ice water to make 1 c.
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt, sugar and shortening to fine crumbs.
    Add slightly beaten egg yolk mixed with ice water.
    Mix together until a nice ball of dough forms.
    Mixing does not make this dough tough, so all scraps may be used.
    Dough can be frozen or refrozen. Divide dough into a ball the size for 1 crust.
    Put into a Baggie and flatten.
    Store in a container to freeze.
