Hacienda Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 13-16 oz. Frozen or Canned Corn
    1/2 Medium Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
    8 oz. BBQ Sauce
    Small Can French Fried Onion Rings
    Small Jar Cheese Whiz
    1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
    1 Tbsp Margarine
Preparation
    1. Saute diced peppers in margarine till tender, set aside
    2. Brown ground beef, drain, add peppers and stir. In
    large bowl combine meat, corn, BBQ sauce, chili powder,
    1/2 can of French fried onion rings.
    3. Spread 1/2 the mixture into a casserole dish; spoon 1/2
    the cheesewhiz in even dollups over the mixture. Spread
    the remaining mixture into the casserole dish; spoon
    remaining chhese whiz over the top.
    4. Bake for 20-30 minutes till hot. Remove, sprinkle the
    remaining French fried onion rings over the top. Bake
    for 5 more minutes till onion rings turn crispy brown.
