Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    filling (cherry or pineapple, crushed)
    1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Blend first four ingredients with hand mixer.
    If you would like a pineapple cheese cake, blend in crushed pineapple (20 ounces).
    Pour into pie crust.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    For a cherry cheese, just add cherries on the top.
