Double Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut
1/4 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. flaked coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in cream of coconut and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir hot mixture into egg yolks that have been beaten. Return to heat and cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in oleo.
Add coconut and vanilla.
Pour in baked pie shell.
