Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. celery
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add sugar, salt and hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add vinegar and lemon juice.
Chill until it becomes syrupy, then fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into ring mold or individual molds and chill until set.
