Vietnamese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    First, crack 2 or 3 eggs and mix.
    Add milk.
    Then add flour and mix.
    Add about 1/2 cup of sugar and mix.
    Last, deep fry at 250\u00b0 until golden brown.
    (Oil should be 1 or 2-inches high.)
    Get toothpick and poke in the center of cookie to see if done; may take longer.
