Salmon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 Tbsp. white horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Break salmon apart and drain.
    Stir in first 5 ingredients. Shape
    into a roll or ball.
    Chill several hours.
    Roll in parsley and pecans.
    Serve with crackers.
