Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and cut up
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This dish can be prepared the day before and baked when you are ready to eat.
